Forms & Waivers

All Adults and Minors must sign a liability form upon arrival - regardless of age, event participation, etc.

For Minors to ride without both parents / legal guardians physically onsite, they must have a notarized form. No exceptions. 

If both legal guardians onsite, form does not need notarized.

*Must be completed when both legal guardians are not onsite before and/or during event.

Can be used for the entire season.

WHEN IN DOUBT - GET A NOTARIZED FORM  FOR MINORS. IT IS VALID FOR THE WHOLE SEASON​.

Christmas Hills is privately owned property leased to St. Joe Cycle Club.  Respect the rules and land.

Waiver and Wristbands

All spectators and riders are required to sign a liability waiver and wear a wristband regardless of age. Wristbands can be obtained at the main shed area. Volunteers will verify wristbands throughout the race event.

Riding without a proper helmet is NOT ALLOWED.

Helmets are required at all times.

No General Riding (race weekends)

All open riding closes from Friday at sundown through Sunday afternoon when the trophy ceremony ends. No open riding is allowed during this time, including riding in the pits, fields, or on the course. Anyone who is not a registered racer is not permitted to ride from Friday sundown-Sunday trophy ceremony.​​
